About Us
Autologic of Virginia is a locally owned and operated auto repair shop started in 2019 by husband and wife team Brad and Jenny Anderson. Their passion for providing superior automotive service drove them to start their own business utilizing Brad’s 20+ years of automotive repair experience and Jenny’s many years of administrative and bookkeeping experience.
Formerly located in Gates, North Carolina as Gates Auto Repair, the Andersons decided to relocate the business to Hampton Roads to be closer to family and friends. They reopened the business under the name Autologic of Virginia in April of 2022 in the Churchland area of Portsmouth. In 2026 the Andersons opened their second Autologic location in the Chimney Hill area of Virginia Beach.
Our Team
Brad and Jenny Anderson
Brad and Jenny Anderson are the husband-and-wife team behind Autologic of Virginia. Together, they bring a combination of extensive automotive experience, and a shared passion for providing honest, high-quality service to their customers.
Brad is ASE Master/L1 Certified and has more than 25 years of professional automotive experience, including many years working in a dealership environment. Brad grew up in a military family and spent much of his childhood living in Europe. When his family returned to the US they chose Chesapeake as their home, and Brad has called Hampton Roads home ever since.
Jenny's professional background includes bookkeeping, automotive service advising, and administrative. Jenny also grew up in a military family and is originally from upstate New York. She spent many years in Richmond, where she graduated high school, before making Hampton Roads her home.
Outside of Autologic, Brad and Jenny enjoy spending time together camping and participating in motorsports.
